The booking page URL
Cutline booking pages follow this pattern:
/book/[storeId]
Finding your store ID
The store ID is usually visible in the URL when you’re viewing your store in the admin portal. Open the store page and look for a segment that resembles a unique identifier.
Once you have it, your shareable link becomes /book/<storeId>.
Sharing the booking link with customers
- Put it in your Instagram bio and link-in-bio tool.
- Add it to Google Business Profile (“Appointments” or “Bookings” link).
- Print a QR code for the counter and waiting area.
- Send it via SMS when customers ask “got a link?”
What customers see on the booking page
Customers will typically:
- Pick a barber (optional).
- Select a service (which sets duration).
- Choose an available time slot.
- Enter their details and confirm.
What affects bookable slots
If customers are saying “there’s nothing available”, it’s usually one of these:
- Store hours are not set correctly → see Setting Store Hours.
- Barber availability is missing or too short → see Managing Barber Availability.
- Blocks are covering the day → see Blocking Time for Barbers.
- Barbers are inactive and hidden from booking.
Quick testing checklist
- Open the booking link in an incognito window.
- Try selecting each barber and confirm they show times.
- Try multiple services (Haircut vs Fade) and confirm slot lengths feel realistic.
- Create a test booking and ensure it appears on the admin calendar.
