Before you start
Cutline bookings happen on the shop’s public booking page. Some shops share it on their website, in Instagram bio, or via a QR code in-store. You don’t need to download an app — it works in your browser.
Step-by-step: booking your time
- Open the booking page. You’ll see the shop name and the next available times.
- Choose a barber (optional). If you pick a specific barber, you’ll only see their available slots. If you leave it open, Cutline may show times across the team.
- Select your service. Services include things like Haircut, Fade, Beard Trim, or Cut & Beard. Each service has a typical duration so the shop can keep the day running on time.
- Pick a time. Tap a slot that suits you. If you don’t see what you need, try a different day or a different barber.
- Enter your details. Usually your name and mobile number (sometimes email). This helps the shop confirm who the booking is for.
- Confirm. You’ll see a confirmation screen once it’s locked in.
What happens after you book
After you confirm, Cutline shows a success screen with your booking details: time, barber (if selected), and service. Many phones will offer an Add to calendar option — use it so you don’t forget.
If the shop has notifications enabled, you may also receive a confirmation message. Exact messaging depends on the shop’s setup.
How to know your appointment is confirmed
- You see a confirmation screen immediately after booking.
- Your booking appears with the correct time and details (service + barber if chosen).
- You receive a message (when enabled) — but don’t rely on messages alone. The confirmation screen is the source of truth.
If you need to cancel or change your time
Policies vary by shop. The safest option is to call the shop directly as soon as you know you can’t make it. That gives them the best chance to offer your slot to someone else.
If you’re running late, call as well — managers can often adjust the queue to keep things fair for everyone.
