Do I need an account?
No. Most shops simply ask for a name and mobile number so they can identify you in the queue and contact you if needed.
Will my spot be held if I step outside?
Usually yes — but it depends on the shop. Use the queue status screen to keep an eye on your position, and check with staff if you’ll be away for a while.
